Therefore, we publish essays, books, project reports, research results and lectures in specialist journals, for publishers and on the internet. There, you can find those publications for a download or the links to our publishers.

A happy and successful, new year and lots of inspiring, exciting ideas in 2019!

Our 25th anniversary of flow consulting and a pleasurable year lies behind us. For the new year, we are planning some interesting events, i. e. in Berlin and Dublin. Here is a short outlook for you:

Trainer congress in Berlin

Visit us in Berlin at the Trainer congress, on March 22 and 23, 2019. Our workshop will be about the Power-Potential-Profile®, especially the module „Future Skills for Leadership dynamic“. What are the benefits of this potential analysis for trainers and leaders regarding digital transformation? How could they use the tool to respond appropriately to future challenges?

EMCC conference in Dublin

The 25th annual conference of our European Mentoring and Coaching Council will take place from 24-26 April, 2019 in Dublin. The theme is “Reflect, Learn, Transform”. We will present the module Future Skills for Leadership dynamic. We will work on its use in leadership coachings, especially regarding digital transformation processes.

Agile leadership with the Power-Potential-Profile®

Many of our customers used the potential analysis more and more frequently last year. Our meta study (german language) about the new leadership skills still receives a high amount of attention.

Our consulting and coaching network for the instrument is continuously growing. Therefore we will offer regular license workshops in 2019:

Fit for Partnership with Germany

Although my recent training at DMAN (Deutsche Management Akademie Niedersachsen – German Management Academy of Lower Saxony) in Celle  had been quite exhausting, I drove home in good spirits. On behalf of this academy, I was asked to be the coach for one of their training programmes. It is called “Fit for Partnership with Germany”. This time, I have been in charge of a group of managers from India.

New Business Models: Innovation in Times of High Complexity
